The facility was established in the factory building in Nilüfer, Bursa, according to our customer’s request. Our customer, who wanted an automatic bearing line, asked us for a system that would collect and assemble the parts of standard 7” bearings as a project criterion. Its aim was to assemble 400 standard bearings into the watch. At the end of the project, we completed the project by creating a robot arm automation system that can be adjusted to combine 320 – 460 bearings per hour as requested by our customer in an area of approximately 30 square meters and fulfills the laser marking and packaging automation service on the product that was not available at the beginning of the project.
